What is Melamine Faced Board?
Melamine faced board is a decorative panel: melamine-impregnated paper is pressed onto an MDF, particle board or plywood substrate under heat, curing into a hard, wear-resistant surface that needs no painting or finishing. It is the material behind most kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and office furniture sold today.
We hold more than 80 decors covering solid colours, woodgrains and stone effects, on substrates from 9 to 25 mm. The detail that matters commercially is edge banding: we supply PVC edging from the same production batch as the board, so the edge colour matches the face instead of sitting a shade off.

Why buyers choose our Melamine Faced Board
Edge banding from the same batch
Colour mismatch between board and edging is the most common complaint on finished cabinets. Supplying both from one batch removes the problem at source.
Decors you can reorder
Popular decors are held in continuous production, so a kitchen specified this year can be extended next year without a visible difference.
Substrate choice changes the price, not the look
The same decor can sit on MDF, particle board, plywood or blockboard. We will quote all four so you can position the product at the right price point for your market.
Wear and moisture resistance stated honestly
Standard melamine is fine for vertical surfaces and domestic horizontal work. For commercial kitchens and wet areas, specify a higher wear class and seal the edges — we will say which decors suit which use.
